Coca-Cola are providing racism training and are asking their staff to “try to be less white”

So, due to issues with equality for all, does that mean companies are now allowed to setup training for the following:

    Try to be less Black.
    Try to be less Asian.
    Try to be less Indigenous.
    Try to be less Irish.

    If not, how come?
I mean if we can set it up for one group then why can't we set it up for any group?
After all, its all about equality right?
Tongue firmly pressed in cheek
