Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Annual leave entitlements from civil to public service job

    Hi all,

    My friend joined the civil service from an analogous grade in the public service. As such their pay was matched and also their service counted towards being granted extra holidays as they were coming up to 5 years service at the time.

    3 years later they are moving back to the public service, again to an analogous grade but they are being told that although pay will be matched they must start on the minimum amount of annual leave despite now having 8 years service.

    Has anyone any experience of this? Thanks
