If you could live the life of a fictional character - Books, TV, Film etc - who would you pick and why?

James Bond could be good one considering all the high jinx he gets up to and never dies.

Are you forgetting about the torture scene from Casino Royale op? Wouldn't be my cup of tea now but whatever floats your boat!

Tony Stark seemed to have a pretty sweet life before he decided to become Iron Man so I might go with that...

Not sure, considering the company he was forced to keep, the amount of times he was beaten up, a wanted war criminal after the war, the Soviets after him etc. Loved that series of books.

    Walter Mitty.
Not the actual life of Walter though

He put his shoulders back and his heels together. “To hell with the handkerchief,” said Walter Mitty scornfully. He took one last drag on his cigarette and snapped it away. Then, with that faint, fleeting smile playing about his lips, he faced the firing squad; erect and motionless, proud and disdainful, Walter Mitty the Undefeated, inscrutable to the last.

Other than James Bond for obvious reasons, I think for a few weeks I’d like to be Huckleberry Finn or Tom Saywer.
