    I'll start, Oasis.

Band is named after a geographical feature only found in deserts. They're from a city in northern England.

    Like, seriously?

    Goblin Cock

Even a level 12 paladin would be aware that goblins do not reproduce sexually, and therefore have no use for a copulatory appendage.

Rather ironic then that a group fronted by the self styled Lord Phallus is named after a non-existent intromittent organ.

    The Travelling Wilburys.

I've never had a Martin/ Michael/ Simey/ Fat Jimmy/ Pale Miley Wilbury knock on my door selling kitchen knives or carpets.

My brother in law is a security guard and never caught a Winne/ Kathleen/ Margaret/ Mary/ Simey's Ann Wilbury shoplifting.

Wasn't there a band called Dr John Harbison and the State Pathologists?

I don't know why this is ironic (it's not) but what an awesome name.
