    Ordered a sleeping pad of amazon.ie on Monday. Delivery due last Wednesday evening. Email from amazon Tuesday saying product damaged, being sent back.

    Got onto amazon customer service who confirmed product damage and refund will follow.

    Yesterday a text from amazon driver saying he left package with neighbour. It was the sleep pad.

    Refund 2hrs ago. Email just there saying sleeping pad will be delivered Monday.

    Go Figure that one out!

    We had similar but we didn't do anything and the sleeping camping bed thing arrived and amazon updated to say it was fine too.

    How does the free delivery work? I ordered 4 things, all said free delivery over 25 euro, but two would be dispatched from amazon UK and two from Amazon eu, but both individually had to be over 25 euro to get free delivery on each dispatchment, is this a new change?
