How have the homeless people been negatively affected?
They gave their PPS numbers presumably willingly and received €100.
They must have known something illegal was going to be done with them and some legal eagle might argue in court they colluded with the solicitors?

Lonergan is some man to talk

I still remember how patronising and borderline demeaning lonergan was with prisoners in that mountjoy documentary

He treated them like naughty children. And a side order of snobbery too.

In the interests of fairness, I think what we should do to settle this is is to merge the TV shows of The Joy and Masterchef with each other and they call all have a Great Gig British Bake Off.

Joe, Alice and Long can be the judge and the winners get remission and a weeks extra pack of roll ups and a 15 minutes phone call.
