    Darth Vader (Star Wars) - very tough match up indeed
    Frank Booth (Blue Velvet) - David Lynch paranoia
    Agent Smith (The Matrix) - although Culkin was very good in The Good Son, The Matrix is more iconic.

    The Alien (Alien) - Xenomorph Queen all the way, one of greatest ever horror/sci-fi creature designs.
    T-1000 (Terminator 2: Judgement Day) - T1000 blew my mind at the time, the liquid effect and shapeshifting
    Frank Booth (Blue Velvet) - king of the nutters, Mr Hopper
    Henry (The Good Son) - great film with Macauley playing against type (not a million miles away from Kevin McAllister though).

    I genuinely expected Darth Vader to be in the final. T-1000 is a great villain, but still only the second best Terminator.

    Jack Torrance (The Shining) - deeply unsettling is the only way to describe this performance
    Jaws (Bond series) - one of my favourite Bond baddies.
    Beetlejuice (Beetlejuice) - toughie this. One of Keaton's best ever roles
    Wicked Witch of the West (Wizard of Oz) - this horrible bitch gave me nightmares as a child
