Nest Hello installation

    My doorbell chime since installing the adapter in the chime box sounds like it is not drawing enough power. I get a ding but no dong (if that makes sense).

    I have not installed the camera part yet, was just testing I had the adapter installed correctly.

    I am not sure about the wiring of my bell. It is a two wire system but it seems the builders put two additional wires from the rear to the terminals. This photo shows what I mean ... they are behind the connector though, should these also go into the adapter ??

    I think that's because the transformer isn't strong enough, if the camera works I'd just use a smart speaker for the notifications
