Goldfish.ie engaged issue

Anyone using goldfish.ie VOIP? I've set it up on the phone and on the pc and when calling from my mobile the number works fine (3CX on the pc) But when I call it from my VM landline I get an engaged tone regardless if GSWave or 3CX is being used

Can you see your VM number in goldfish call history?

If not, there is a number routing issue. You will need to get in contact with goldfish and they should sort it out
