Scarlets are missing nearly as many players as we are at the moment. And it shows I think. Our pack should get the job done and hopefully the backs can cut loose a bit a rack up a score. We had scored TBPs in every game up to last week, where we finally failed to get one. We dont want to let that become a habit. :p

Backline could be really good with ball in hand. Defense I’m not so sure about but after watching Scarlets last week, that’s not so concerning.

Oh. Leinster were very close to get a try there from DK.

Leinster doing lots right. Just not sticking so far.

Lovely kick from Byrne there to set that up.

These jerseys are such an eyesore though.

Lucky he let Tracy take that again.

Surprised Leinster didn't make more of that incident of the knock on. O'Reilly was apparently annoyed about something and there was a hint of an early tackle which caused the knock on.

Lovely kick from Harry Byrne to create this 5m scenario although a very kind bounce lent a helping hand.

Scrums are taking an eternity (more than usual) so far.

I can't wait untill refs start to pay attention to the Tap and go with a prebind being a penalty offence again.

Nice carry from Conan to make that. Looking really physical out there and more like the Conan of 18 months ago.

Leavy doing a standard openside job.

    Nice score from Leavy.

    Huge gap in the line

    Ah lads.

Leavy and Tracy completely messed it up

Great response. Really highlighted the midfield weakness that Leinster often have in these games. Tracy didn't have the athleticism to adjust but the gap between himself and the inside man was way too large.

Tracy slightly out of position but Leinster a bit asleep after the restart.

Think that was more on Leavy shooting up beside Conan leaving the massive gap that Tracy was never going to be able to cover across. Good line from the Scarlets 8 didn't help matters either.

How's this not going straight to TMO? Clearly lifted and brought down on upper body on live footage.

How the hell was that not a yellow??? At least a yellow, that is. McGrath didn't hassle him at all to watch it again. Ridiculous.

If that's checked I'm sure it would look horrendous in slow motion.

Harry just got dumped on his head there

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 294 ✭✭Scratchly

So the ref acknowledged it was a dangerous tipp tackle but ignored the part where he lands on his head?

    What

    A

    Maul

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,335 ✭✭✭crisco10

Thought refs call of "same maul" was a bit generous.

Frawley getting stuck in nicely for the opening 20 mins, great to see.
