Modular Home - Big Red Barn

Hi. I've recently come across a business called Big Red Barn and I've seen that some of their homes have been granted planning permission.

I own a small farm and my parents own/live in the farmhouse. I would like to live on the farm (calving/feeding etc) but I dont have the finances or many suitable sites to build another family home. I'm wondering about putting a small modular home on the ground.

I've seen some instagram posts about planning permission and even a preschool has been erected etc.

I'm wondering if anyone else has done this or what are my chances on being allowed to have one on the land? It would be beside the farmhouse.
