So we have a Proform 225 CSX bike. Works perfectly fine for what it is, the resistance levels change as I'd expect from pretty much nothing all the way up to impossible to move... But it seems that on the lowest setting that is still too high for my wife to use.

Is there any way to recalibrate the resistance levels so that it is essentially turned off on the lowest setting and spins virtually freely so I could at least get her started on it? There is some resistance when it's unplugged, possibly a bit more than the lowest setting but it's hard to judge.
