Kitchen ceiling light

Have recessed led ceiling lights (8) in my kitchen. Plasterer & electrician doing work on the house and I want to change those lights (they are a pet hate of mine). Have lights under the kitchen presses and would love a suggestion for a central ceiling light fitting that would suit a farmhouse.
