d-link dir-3060 router

    anyone here familiar with the above router ?
    its got a very sparse settings page.....on QOS you can prioritise devices and the bandwidth they get...but you cant (like my previous router) set a download speed limit for each device.
    my issue seems to be that if kids xbox downloads a game, and its set for lowest priority in QOS, everything else on network is slow (as in download speeds) even those on highest priority level.
    i have set the upload and download speed of my connection correctly.
    thanks in advance for any replies / advice.
