Scam text messages USP, An Post, DPD...

I received a text and separately my friend received an email linking to an An Post "clone" webpage (different tracking numbers). Trying to get us to pay to have parcels released. It looks legitbut neither of us fell for it. I'm letting people know, as if you were waiting on an important delivery, you might just pay up.…

Just got this txt from Anpost txting No. Be careful and don't believe any txts!!!
"We apologize about the delay on your parceI deIivery, but you have a problem with your address. View more information at anpost-parcels.com"

What is worrying for me is that I got these scam texts exactly when I was due to pay customs to AnPost. This would seem to suggest that An Post has been hacked. How else could they know I have an actual delivery ?
