Anyone got an Attic conversion in Manorfields?

    Hi all,
    dabbling my toes into thinking about an attic conversion on my 3-bed End of Terrace in Manorfields.
    I see a few around the place done. Was wondering if anyone here has one done and what their experience was.

    Can they post pics? I and my family are short so won't be playing basketball there.

    Looking as an office/storage space (Not "Habitable"). Was thinking of converting and maybe even an en-suite. Lash a guest bed up there but mainly use it for office and maybe gaming.
