American Style Fridges - Twin Cooling Worth It?

I am looking to get an American Style Fridge (probably a Samsung).

Some of the more premium models advertise some kind of "twin cooling" function that claims to keep food fresher for longer.

Is this worth it or some kind of gimmick that makes no actual difference?

I don't know about twin cooling but have had American fridges for over 20 years now. Never had a problem with freshness. They are so good I wouldn't have a problem drinking milk a day or two out of date if stored in the fridge from the start.
