Westwood gym took payment today even though they are closed

    I can't believe they took payments out today when they are closed! Did their happen to anyone else? I was assured this wouldn't happen when I joined. What did they do regarding direct debits in the previous lockdowns?

    Step back from the ledge!!!! i got a txt off them, they said it was too late to stop the Jan DD so they will credit against feb and wont take money til march

    If you don't want to leave it against february, you can recall it through your online banking. You can then cancel the dd and set up a new one when the gym reopens. Who knows when they will be open?

    I did this at another gym last April because I didn't know what was happening with my job.
