DIY plyo box

    Anyone made a DIY Plyo Box?
    Could an inexperienced woodworker do it?
    Would I get away with using cheaper chipboard or should I definitely use plywood?

    Id use 18mm plywood, just to be sure. You probably only need a 4' x 8' sheet if you're handy with a jigsaw/circular saw.

    Fairly straightforward here on the construction (less so when he talks dimensions)
