Most of the women referees are very good but this one is very bad.

We are in trouble. The 6-2 split with Hanrahan was an awful decision too.

Genuinely think we're putting in some of the worst defensive showings of any Connacht side in about 15 years.

The forward passes today are so blatant and we're so naive at the breakdown.

Brutal kick from Ioane followed by terrible tackling from Ioane. And Ospreys score another try immediately.

And from the kick off he runs it back and gets turned over and Ospreys score yet again. Hanrahan should have gone in there to help him really.

Horrendous few minutes from Ioane and Connacht.

Terrible defending, 2 quick tries for the Ospreys. Edit - make that 3.

Infuriating from Connacht. Great start and then roll over after 20 mins. Where are the leaders and cool heads. Fans will be tearing their hair out.

Ioane is not a full back can't understand why not leave him at 10 and JJ to 15

Only Connacht could be leading a game and concede 3 tries in 4 minutes.

We've thrown away what little chance we had at the playoffs to get 20 minutes out of **** Dave O'Connor. Mind blowing stuff. Backfield has collapsed since Bolton went off.

Was going to complain but what's the point.

Write of a league season and nearly thinking it's a write off of a team.

Focus on getting a few home games in the challenge cup as this team wouldnt win a raffle they were the only ones in.

There are no words at this stage for connacht. 11 point lead to losing by 17 by halftime unreal

The lack of effort on some of those last 3 Ospreys tries is fairly damning.

Headless stuff. I know that Gavin and Treacy have almost no experience but there are other players out there who should be communicating and organising.

Why didn't JJ go to fullback? He's a little slow but can play the position fine.

Thank god the tv coverage is saving us from another few Ospreys trys. What a clown show we have in charge.

You can only laugh. Connacht get back into the game. Only 10 down. Ospreys under pressure. And they throw them an intercept for an 80 metre try.

All that hard work and we piss it all away again.

Bad error from Devine to run himself into touch there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,029 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Ospreys hand knocked that ball back on the ground. Don't think they were going to score anyway. They had gone 20 metres backwards.

Type of game Connacht win comfortably if they even had a barely average defence. Rather then the complete horror show of a defence they have this season.

    heartbreaking but a massive effort

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 338 ✭✭AccidentallyOnside

I have no idea what to make of that.

Ref did us no favours there, spreys hand on the ground and looked an intentional knock on a few phases earlier.

When there's no wind or rain we need Ioane at 10 for 80 minutes, an absolute baller with ball in hand.

Incredible game. Connacht played some great rugby. Handling in attack was breathtaking at times but ultimately it was in defence that they lost this one.

I think ioane is very good
