Have been doing workouts on and off for the last few years. Some have been with a personal trainer, others in classes and some at home. With covid I'm not comfortable attending gyms so try to do my own things at home but i find that often it's aimless or that I've no structure in place.
Ive looked up some workouts online but find that some of the things i don't know what they are and spend too much time watching YouTube or they're above my level of ability right now. Is there somewhere that you can say this is the equipment I have, here's the level I'm at, generate a workout plan for me? Don't mind paying for it if there's some sort of subscription model etc as long as i have a plan that I'm working on day by day.

Any trainer would be able to do this. Although may not offer the service.
A few here would likely do it.

If you go back to the personal trainer you were with before, he'd likely whip you up something.

Try @coachdaragh on Insta. He works in FFS (the gym
I attend) as a PT/coach but does individual programs too. Worth a DM anyway. Otherwise it’s something any PT should be able to do for you.
