    what do you concern about when shopping online as an e-consumer? website design or search engine ranks? how do you evaluate an e-vendors' creditability before and after shopping?

    I think technical factors like web loading speed, navigation guidings are initially important. For instance, I may jump out of a site quickly if it loads too slowly.
    That's a survey with several questions. The purpose is to let e-vendors know what e-consumers concern about when shopping online. It helps them to improve their online service quality and make online grocery stores a better place for shopping.
