Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Grealish has and was unlucky not to get more fpl points.
I wonder will Barkley come straight back in and take El Ghazi's place? Or will he have to wait because of his form. Grealish is supposed to play better with Barkley fpl wise.

Hourihane started well, got goal and assist, then Barkley was bought, and went straight into the team, so I reckon when fit Barkley will go straight in.

Bruce seems to have written this game off and used it an opportunity to rest the important players.
If Man City don't give them a hiding something is wrong someone imo.

Other than Wilson, who is he resting?

Lascelles & Saint Maxim missing but injured I think. BBC said 4 changes from last PL game. Dunno what they were though.

Honestly if Kev doesn't go big I'll probably shift him and greallish for son and an other. Kev. Is expensive for small returns right now

Lascelles and Saint are out with Covid related issues, Lewis had been dropped last game. Looking at the bench, Wilson is the only "important" player benched

Fair point, maybe it is just because I own Wilson!

They have Covid I think, both are struggling to even walk which is scary, possibly may not play again this season (if ever)

Exact same plan. I just can't be bothered with him at that price

Sterling actually looking a better City option at present.

I have to two of them I think I will keep both of them for the gw18 and gw19.
They seem to be slowly getting their act together and eventually the big scores will come. Fixtures look too nice to ignore.

Double City defence could be a good tactic as well.

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

KDB probably would have got returns there if he had passed it to Sterling

Can’t imagine Joelinton will last the full 90.

Good for us with Wilson and a shyte bench!

I sold KDB 2 gws ago and doubled up on city.
It was nice last week with an 8 and a 9 from cancelo and Dias and I’m hoping for more of the same this week.
Can go either way though,1 point between that same pair v west brim with an of and yc!!

What's the full leak team? Haven't seen any leaked team yet myself.

    Alisson
    Neco
    Matip
    Philips
    Robbo
    Milner
    Henderson
    Naby
    Salah
    Origi
    Shaqiri

Source has been fairly solid. Think it's the team used in training the day previous to a match as was stated on here before.

That isn't right, I don't have it yet but that's wrong

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,070 ✭✭✭✭Fitz*

Yeah I would have my doubts that both Milner & Shaqiri would both start after both being out with medium term injuries without having any any comeback minutes first.

Mane played 60 last game and has had a week off, see no reason for him not to start unless it's injury/illness.

Stones with a terrible header from a KdB pass - should be scoring

    From BBC:

GOAL - Man City 2-0 Newcastle
    Ferran Torres (55 mins)
    Manchester City have their second!

Joao Cancelo's cross is diverted into Ferran Torres' path by Federico Fernandez and the forward makes no mistake from the middle of the box.
