    Found a jar of this in Super Valu and bought it but have no clue why or what to do with it, aany suggestions please? TIA

    Anything North African; or Middle Eastern; or Lamb done any way; or even many Asian dishes if you were going to throw some citrus juice in to it for the taste, not the acid

    Lovely on a fried or poached egg.
    Use it freely on anything, really. It's a fairly subtle taste.

    I add it into beef burgers and then mix some into mayonnaise for the burger buns. It's adds a lovely flavour
