    The issue with old boxes is what support is still available and can get left behind , things change all the time.

    This thread has gone dead. The AZ cannot decode 4:2:2 MPEG 4, which is what the satellite feeds use now. It could decode MPEG 2, but that is not used now.

    This thread was opened yesterday so its not dead. So bottom line, I don’t have any need for this box right now. So do I sell or just throw it in the bin?

    Got you. I used to use it and it was amazing at the time, technology wise, except for the 4:2:2, it seems to still be grand. I suppose could try eBay see who’s interested

    Oh for a Linux box that did 4:2:2

    Just wish the AZ box had a better interface, the 4:2:2 alone makes the box worth it
