Small "Worm" from Nose

Hi all. I'm unsure where to post this but here seemed appropriate. The following may be considered disturbing. I had cleared my nose this evening and noticed a small "worm" had been in one of my nostrils. It was small and appeared to be the size of a grain of rice. I have a GP consultation tomorrow so I will discuss it…

Hi all.

I'm unsure where to post this but here seemed appropriate. The following may be considered disturbing.

I had cleared my nose this evening and noticed a small "worm" had been in one of my nostrils. It was small and appeared to be the size of a grain of rice. I have a GP consultation tomorrow so I will discuss it with them. Below is an image of what it looked like. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
