Does anyone know, and can reccomend a company to fully review any data kept by apple, ie location history and all they hold ( times they were there etc) and access to apple ids.
Even someone that knows exactly what info is available or stored ?

You can request your data directly from Apple. https://privacy.apple.com/

One thing to remember is that while your phone may hold significant location information and the times and duration you were there, it’s encrypted and can’t be read by Apple, so they won’t necessarily have it to give to you.

You can view the significant location history yourself at Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services, then tap Significant Locations.

What information are you after, some of your apps also have that data like facebook, google etc.

Your location history isn’t included, because it’s not something that Apple stores themselves - it’s just held locally on your device.
