    Hi I have just been on WhatsApp Virgin support for exactly an hour. I received 2 messages from support. One requesting my name & details and then exactly an hour later a message to tell me that the operators shift has ended....Is this the normal response of Virgin mobile to their customers? Does anyone have a telephone number where I can talk to someone from Virgin mobile?

    1908. The mobile option can be chosen from the main menu.
