TG 4 Picture Interference

Watching TG 4 on the NI Mux and the picture is pulsing with random artefacts in a timed pattern like there’s some form of electric interference. Anyone else noticing this on Saorview? It’s fine on satellite.

Saorview is fine, just seems to be the NI version.
