Same here, won a sprite today on 1st spin but no text. Second time happening in 3 days. I got onto CS but the most annoying part is my other spins will be useless until they eventually reissue it.

And it's happened today on an air freshener on the 2nd phone number. There are definitely more missing texts this game than the last 2.

Same here, won a car wash yesterday and a Fulfil bar today, no text on each occasion, Are you on Eir or GoMo by any chance?

When you screenshot should you screenshot the whole thing or just the QR code? Any issues with the QR code not scanning because it’s so small initially?

I don't enlarge it, I just screenshot the way it is, have had no issues with it being too small. I collected 3 yesterday from screenshots.
