    i collected a pepsi (not screenshot) and there was problems. Cashier said take it away even though it wouldn't scan (or it scanned but wasn't clearing off the til for free).

    Second time my Pepsi max screenshot wouldn't work. Of course he wouldn't let me just take it anyway.. He said it had already been used. Clearly not as I had redeemed it myself then screenshot it. I guess best is to just use it before the days time out and not use a screenshot

    I sent them a mail and got the following
