    We have Eir broadband.

On Friday night the 5G option disappeared and the devices have been o the 2.4G sense.

The router was flashing quite a bit and eventually the 5G returned but I cannot signin in as it claiming that I gave the wrong password (it is the right password and wrongs for the 2.4g).

I was not able to get in touch with Eir snd was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Sorry I should have said that I did reset the router but it made no difference.

My phone was back on the the 5G option this morning but I didn’t change it (or at least I have no memory of doing it)

Not trying to sound pedantic, but I thínk yiu mean 5ghz, as opposed to 5G.
    Ifi am incorrect, than apologies.

But as other poaters have stated, reset the router to its factory default, and then login using the default password.
