    I had a hik connect app on my phone and could view my 4 camera system but i have just upgraded my phone , the app transfered over but is now looking for a verification code. Any ideas where i can find this. Thanks

    Do you have a monitor set up with your DVR? You should find it under settings on your DVR. There's a QR code you can scan.

    If you still have your old phone the QR code should be available on the app to scan to your new device
