Chloris Leachman played Wonder woman’s mother - Queen Hypolata - in the original 1970s Wonder Woaman TV show. I would know this as I’m a big WW fan! :pac:

I’m on a FB group for gay men over 40 - many guys there seem to have been very upset at her passing. I think Leachman was much bigger a TV/film star in the States than elsewhere.

Couchside binge watching It's a Sin, best thing I've seen in a long time.
Some scenes are so heartbreaking and it's scary to think how vilified gay people were only 40 years ago.
Great soundtrack too, makes me wanna go to London but alas that's more than 5k away:(

I will always remember her for very distinctive roles in Mel Brooks movies. Three in total and hilarious. The Mary Tyler Moore show too. Apart from the TV work, she is unforgettable in Young Frankenstein as Frau Blucher.

I watched it over the weekend, excellent.

Couchside, in a food coma ,total boredom eating. Unfortunately I won't be attending the meetup, I feel it would be too awkward with Ted and Sephers both there considering I have 'history ' with both of them.
