    looking for the best most accurate( from experience) micro nutritional checker online. Im trying to just correct my diet and the inevitable deficiencies I have in them. Wh foods seems to really over estimate nutritional data in alot of food and then sites like my food data seems to under report the nutritional value in food so I'm a bit confused. Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent nutritional checker site :) ?
