Android App to trick My phone wifi

im dew an android update on my phone and unfortunely i dont have Wifi in my apartment which you need to have to download and install a new update.

is there any apps that will trick my phone that i have wifi installed?

You could ask someone else if they could enable the hotspot on their phone and use that? Or if you have an old phone in a drawer you could pop your sim back into it for 5 minutes and turn on the hotspot.

Failing that find a public hotspot. Even a dublin bus!!

Do you have wired internet in your apartment? If so you could plug it into a windows 10 laptop and enable the hotspot on that that will share out the wired connection wirelessly.

What phone do you have? Usually it should be possible to force download the update over the mobile network

Just stand outside Starbucks to get the update . If that doesn't work, stand outside McDonald's or some other place with WiFi...

Did you check your settings on Playstore? Usually an option in there to download over cellular aswell
