Is this the current regulation: "S.I. No. 540/2003 - Medicinal Products (Prescription and Control of Supply) Regulations 2003?"
I fully appreciate the prohibition of on-line purchasing of prescription medicines and, of course, illegal drugs.
However, I fail to understand why non-prescription, OTC [Over The Counter] medicines are proscribed.
It makes sense to attempt to limit items such as paracetamol which can cause death if an overdose is taken.
Why would ibuprofen be prohibited? The small packets of brand name offerings have a huge profit margin.
It only takes a few clicks to find Irish sellers of ibuprofen.
