Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Heating honey?

    Folks,

What are your thoughts on heating honey? Most available research suggests heating honey makes it lose its value. I would like to add honey as sweetener while cooking. Will adding honey to hot food just off the gas will make it lose its nutrients? Any thoughts?

Add it in just before you eat it. It may lose some of its nutritional value but unless you're putting a lot of it in, it's not going to make a massive difference.
