Does a sign in a car park which states:

"Management/Company/Organisation will not accept responsibility/be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles/belongings while parked on this property" (Or words to that effect), have any legal standing?

Some say it does, others say it doesn't.

Is there anybody here who's in the legal profession who can clarify this.

It doesn't absolve them of the need to not be negligent. If your car was damaged through an action (or inaction) on their part, they may have a case to answer e.g. an improperly maintained fixture in the car park fell off and hit your car. However, if you claim was (for example) that they didn't provide enough security and some third-party damaged your car, you'll have a tougher time claiming that you expected security despite the signage.

All IMO. Not a lawyer, and if you want real legal advice, consult a solicitor.
