TAMS upgrading existing in shed pens

Is upgrading existing pens in a shed eligible for TAMS? I wish to replace the single dividing pen in my shed with a walk through feeding passage and also replace a front long gate with a gate with built in small access gate. Appears that only mobile sheep handling equipment is eligible for grant aid!!!
