Vitamin C: what listed ingredients should I avoid?

Supposedly "healthy" supplements like vitamin C pills are LOADED with things like...
Synthetic vitamin C (this form contains a fraction of the nutrients found in natural vitamin C)
GMOs (most vitamin C in pills is made from GMO corn-syrup!)
Sugar (with the amount of sugar in most pills, you're better off not taking them at all!)
Toxic fillers and "flow agents" (which can cause inflammation and gut issues)
Allergens (like soy, corn, or food coloring)

Look, you've got to be very careful which vitamin C supplements you use. There's a lot of junk out there.

My question is what listed ingredients should I avoid?
