Hi, just have 30 acres relatively dry all year round. Any recommendations on what could graze (no housing) for winter that might turn a few Bob into Spring? Was thinking hoggets but they'd get through eye of a needle! Cheers

Light Friesians in the 350-400 kg bracket. Can be bought at present for 5-600 euro. There is always a demand for them from older farmers that just stock to draw ANC and to keep the grass down. They usually hit from 1.8-2/kg in the Spring. Would be easy to keep. Dose on arrival and give them copper. And dose them 1-2 times over the winter.
