Hi, OH and I moved into a new house, it was completed early this year and registered folio in early 2020. How do we get the property ID and pin? When is LPT payable? If we pay it now is it due again in September 2021? Or is it payable every January?

LPT is currently based on values in 2013, they were due to be updated this year but it has been postponed. So no LPT due on your house until November 2021 at the earliest.
