Installation ID in use in another panel

    Hi,

    A panel went unresponsive on me, so I had to replace it. I salvaged the GSM-WIFI from the bust panel and have a record of the Installation ID.

    When I try to get SecureComm going, and it prompts me to enter the installation ID, I enter the old one and pick a password. After trying to register for a while, it tells me 'Installation ID in use in another panel'.

    What can I do to get the GSM-WIFI going on the new panel? Do I need to get onto HKC or can I transfer it over somehow myself?
