cancel an alarm within 14 days cooling off period

    Hi, i had an alarm installed last week. nothing but issues from the start. upsold extra sensors at install, false alarms, going off when not set etc.

    I complained and was promised a call back from customer services manager that never materialised. it seems that when i have issues it takes too long to sort. i don't have any access to the system and i realise now this was a mistake.

    has anyone any experience of cancelling homesecure within the 14 day cooling off period and the costs/hassle involved?
