    I’ve a similarly shaped solid carbon one.

    It’s fine for shorter spins, I’ve been on it up to 2hrs and it’s been alright. Find it quite slippy. Personally I run my Antares which is more comfy and has more grip most importantly.

    They’re cheap to pick up for a try anyway!

    are they actually made from carbon? at no point does that actually state that, i think?

    And I suggest you are right, I sorta wanted to know before tone (for once) am I wasting money

    I thought they were 3D printed so they would be a plastic of some sort. They look too flexy for me but not uncomfy.

    I think it's the "flexi-ness" that bothers me, particularly when climbing, or putting in a big effort.
    In the video, I know they're trying to represent it as a suspension of sorts, but I kinda see it as them bouncing you around.
