    How do I do this can find no option?

    The close account option is the bottom most one on the User Control Panel:

    Posts aren't deleted by doing so. You'll need to send a GDPR request to hello@boards.ie to do so.

    Just to be clear, closing your account does not delete posts. GDPR policy is set out here. We do not delete posts made under the GDPR policy, but they are anonymised (ie there is no link to your account)

    If there is anything you feel you have posted that you would like deleting you would need to approach relevant forum mods, and they may decide to leave posts up to minimise disruption to threads/discussions. If you have posted personal data in any posts we will usually delete such data on request (which should include a link to assist in finding the relevant post(s))
