BIS vs IT courses

Hiya! Thinking of doing either a Business, BIS or IT course in CIT. Just wondering which course would be a better option to study in CIT and which one would be harder, and which one would be better in terms of employability? It would be great to hear anyones experience on either of these courses? Thanks!:)
