The building in question is a 250 year old stone cottage located ten feet away from my current dwelling house.
It was previously us used as a storage shed and fed with a 2.5mm t&E for a few lights and sockets.

Iam currently doing up the inside to live in it,on the esb new site connection it looks for site maps ,ordnace survey maps and planning permission number to be uploaded.

I do not have planning permission as its out the countryside on 22 acers i own with no neighbours close by.

Am i going to run into problems getting a new esb connection?

You probably will. Are you looking to have both buildings occupied?

You might be able to swing it if you are converting it to a "work shop" so you can work from home more?
