Amiko mini combo TV box. - Subtitles not working on Saorview channels

Has anyone got the Saorview subtitles (strangely only VM1 works) to work on the Amiko mini combo box? Subtitles work fine on the FTA channels. I emailed the supplier who said they didn’t work on it and suggested I plug the cable into the Saorview TV whenever I wanted to see subtitles. I told them that this defeats the…

Has anyone got the Saorview subtitles (strangely only VM1 works) to work on the Amiko mini combo box? Subtitles work fine on the FTA channels. I emailed the supplier who said they didn’t work on it and suggested I plug the cable into the Saorview TV whenever I wanted to see subtitles. I told them that this defeats the purpose of having the box as I want all the FTA and Saorview channels coming through a single box.
